History: Info from the seller (June 2007):
"Here are the pictures of the 442 V-code, I'd like to correct some of the information on the car. The car did come originally with a white vinyl top, it does have factory ralley pack gauges, the floor pans have some fresh surface rust from barn storage, but all of them are very solid with the exception of the driver floor pan, which has a softball size hole where the driver's foot would land. The right rear quarter is much better than I thought, and is very solid. The left rear quarter has had body work, but can be repaired without replacing the entire panel. The driver door has had one area of rust repair but the lips are in good shape and I'm sure the door can be saved. The trunk lid does have some bondo in the rear, and could be fixed, but rust free trunk lids are still pretty easily found. The front fenders are excellent, the glass including the windshield is excellent, the frame is very solid but again, has fresh surface rust from sitting. All the reveal molding chrome, wheel well chrome etc.... is in the trunk, I do have the rear bumper core with cutouts. It does have boxed lower control arms and heavy duty suspension so I'm pretty sure it is a posi. The engine has been stored in a different building, and is in good shape and is numbers matching. The back seat, nor the gas tank look like theyve ever been touched, so there very well may be a broadcast or buildsheet. Let me know if I can answer any more questions. The pictures will follow in another e-mail, and I will send a few at a time so they go faster. Thanks, Tony"
