History: Dan purchased the car from Terry Divelbliss (V Code web site manager) on July 26, 2005. Terry had purchased the car in June 2004 from Lanny Yankee of Linwood, MI who owned it from 1999- June 2004. Prior owners were Mark Giffel and Joe Giffel of Essexville, MI. Mark bought it from Bob Phillips in 1979. Current paint and body work was done in 1983 (with new GM sheetmetal, which was readily available at the time) and still looks great. Had been set up with a built 425/M22 and drag raced during one period, but original engine and tranny were preserved (although they were blown up). Original #s engine and transmission rebuilt in 2001.
Added to registry: November 2003
